Each purchase of eTM software comes with 1 full year of upgrades, and 2 hours of technical support during that year. In the event that you need technical support beyond the two free hours, additional support is available at the rate of $50.00 per hour.*

For extended technical support, the technical support contract can be renewed each year at a cost of $500.00 per year.*
